EEEGL is coordinated by a small Regional Coordination Unit hosted by CARE International in Rwanda. EEEGL is delivered by teams of IGCP and CARE International in Rwanda (based in Kigali and Musanze), Uganda (based in Kampala and Kabale) and the Democratic Republic of Congo (based in Kinshasa and Goma).
